Mintel, 2006). The Boxercise course has developed age old training principles
and adapted them to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable
for all ages and levels of ability. Ditch any Ideas you have about beating a punching bag by yourself and long gone

this group fitness class than high knees and arm swings. Our Box-Fit Boxercise fitness classes are very much social sport and are loved by
everyone who has tried it, it is great way to get fit, meet new people, stay
motivated and enjoy exercising. The class is a structured high energy, fun, and motivating freestyle class using
the latest up to date training methods. The focus is on safety and technique.
It’s a great all over body fitness workout, toning and strengthening for upper
