Testimonials

"As a busy personal trainer I need to be fit and injury free at all times. I tore my calf muscle whilst completing the Three Peaks and was recommended to Mark at Body-Fix for sports therapy.

After the first session, soreness reduced and range of motion improved dramatically. After the second session I was able to return to running, far quicker than I would have anticipated without Marks intervention."
Jason Feavers

I am very confident and comfortable with the treatment that Mark provides, as he discusses his knowledge of the body and the way that it works with me. I would recommend Mark to anybody with muscular tension or back wear and tear."  Lynn Bowles

“ I started going to see Mark at Body-Fix Health & Fitness following Chiropractic treatment for a slipped disc. It is the first time I had ever had a sports massage and it is the best thing I have ever done. Mark is very knowledgeable, grounded, and tuned into his client. Mark really listened to what my concerns and needs were, and then used his knowledge to explain how he would treat me and the benefits. Mark did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed at each session. He helped me get back to a normal routine after my slipped disc."  Rosie Guenzel
