What is fitness camp?The Fitness camp is a well designed fitness program for groups of no more than 10 people, men and women of all ages sizes and shapes. The camp sessions are structured to suit all fitness abilities and everyone receives encouragement to achieve the best results for themselves. Enjoyment is the key but sessions are designed in a way that will challenge you and ensure you achieve things you never thought you were capable of. Each camp lasts 4 weeks with 45 minute sessions held 3 times per week. 2 weekdays and one weekend session. You can choose to sign up to either 2 or 3 sessions per week. Due to the limited number of places camps fill up quickly so if you seriously want to drop a dress size or tighten up the notch on your belt book today to avoid disappointment. Camp is about having fun and working hard. There'll be no drill instructors, no barking orders and no making you suffer, just encouragement! Not Sure? “I signed up for Boot Camp for the month of May. My goal is toning and weight loss and I have succeeded with both, not only have I lost half a stone, I can feel a significant difference.
